Our building is under construction currently, but will be complete August 2025. While we patiently wait, let's check out the renderings and time-lapse videos below. We will provide more information very soon to guide future tenants thru the application process. Parking is currently being offered at a discounted rate of $100.00 per month for the first 25 people to sign a lease. It will increase to $150.00 once the 25 are hit.
